Exceptionally comfortable bed in the family room, plus central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Fantastic location in a busy area very close to a market place, and the main train station and Marienplatz...

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main station. I loved the spacious room with a nice view of the city. The breakfast spread was good, with a range of options like eggs and fruits. The room felt quite warm at night, likely due to the lack of air conditioning or fans. This made sleeping uncomfortable. I also noticed some stains on the carpet, and the lighting was inadequate in the bathroom. It was a good stay, but the heat and cleanliness could definitely be better.

The rooms are soundproof and modern, with central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area. The breakfast is super and amazing, offered with meats, good flavors and also huge assortment.

The room was small but had a private bathroom, tv, and heating. It was pretty clean and had a nice view. The super nice team. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The location was great, just a 5/10 min walk to the main station. I'd return here for sure!

We appreciated the spacious family room, which easily accommodated our kids. The breakfast was an excellent spread, with options to suit all tastes. The staff was attentive.

The breakfast!!! You should exactly try it! It's so fabulous! The location of this hotel is close to Hbf(the central station). I cannot find one reason to live the other hotel.

Great hotel, good location with spacious twin/double rooms. Lots of nightlife around the hotel and cheap eating/drinking places. Cheap beer and sun trap outside bar area. Staff are extremely helpful and speak good English.

Downside is that there is no air conditioning for summer months when it can get quite hot. Breakfast room can be a little on small side.

Really enjoyed the location, just a quick walk to the train station and old town. Rooms were clean and super comfortable, with some cool decor. Plenty of restaurants nearby made wandering around good!

Missing a kettle in the room was like being stranded in a tea desert!

The hotel location is very convenient. It is within a walking distance (about 7 min walk) to Theresienwiese - this was our main point of visit. It is within 5 min walk from Hauptbahnhof (the main train station). Hotel staff is very friendly - they speak good English. The room is comfortable enough, though not so much space for 3 person in a family room. The bathroom is big and comfortable. Very quiet inside and outside. Lot's of small shops around - you can easily find food and drink late in the evening if you need. Hotel breakfast was fantastic - variety of choice, excellent for adults and children!

We booked a family room for 3 person to have more comfort, but there was no third bed in a room, just additional mattress on the floor, which was quite confusing. I don't think it's worth paying a higher price for a family room if you are travelling with a small child. It was a bit cold in the room at night as there was no heating.
